own aragement with a twist :)

im doing my first own arangment this year and my teacher gave us the advise to do what ever we are best at eg. tap, mod, lyrical..... i feel iam best at tap so i have decided to do a tap own aragment but i want it to have a difference. I was thinking of havine a metal box or platform answell as the stage to tap on or having some sort of stick to make beats on the floor, my tap shoes or even a metal box in it aswell. If any one else has any ideas of other things i can use aswell as my tap shoes to make different beats please post them ?! thanks

Hello!

I have done a few own aragements in my time, I have used drum sticks, a tool box and a ladder to name a few.
I like the idea of a metal box, it would be good to show how different materials, produce different sounds with the tap shoes.

Another cool idea is just a wodden box.

What music are you thinking of doing?

my friend tapped dance to like a slow modern song before and it worked really well , you could try something like that if it suits your style or you cud try something like a hip hop song and tap dance to it
